ABA Forum and MumsRight podcast - the online Australian Breastfeeding Association groups.
For mother to mother support at any time of day or night, go to the online forum or listen in to the podcast. Many others with your questions have been here already, and on the forum mothers have answered with what has worked for them; and this sharing of experience and ideas is the essence of the Australian Breastfeeding Association. MumsRight is just like going to a local ABA get-together, as an online recorded MP3 file. You can listen to it streamed over the web or download to your computer. Find both via the ABA website www.breastfeeding.asn.au
