ARE YOU PREGNANT? Breastfeeding Education Classes

Come to our relaxed information-packed sessions, for expectant or new parents. Our aim is to provide the confidence to successfully breastfeed your baby and prepare for the days, weeks and months after the birth.

Breastfeeding is natural and best for babies and mothers but doesn't always come easily - it is a learned art. Most women given time and support, can and do breastfeed. For more information or to register for a class, please click here.

ABA Forum and MumsRight podcast - the online Australian Breastfeeding Association groups.
For mother-to-mother support at any time of day or night, go to the online forum or listen in to the podcasts. Many others with your questions have been here already, and on the forum mothers have answered with what has worked for them; and this sharing of experience and ideas is the essence of the Australian Breastfeeding Association. MumsRight is just like going to a local ABA get-together, as an online recorded MP3 file. You can listen to it streamed over the web or download to your computer. Find both via the ABA website www.breastfeeding.asn.au
